What are your opening hours?
We are open 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday to Friday and 10:00AM - 2:00PM Saturdays.

Physical damage is when your phone has cracked housings, cracked LCD's, bent system connector pins or any other components that have been physically damaged.
Liquid damage is when there is corrosion found on any of the handset's components. This can be caused by spills, condensation, sweat or contact with any other liquid. The effects of liquid damage can sometimes go unnoticed for a long time after the event, depending on how long the corrosion takes to set in. Sometimes only specific functions of the phone will stop working, while the rest of the phone can continue to work without issue. This depends on the location of the corrosion.
Do you have loan phones available?
We do supply loan phones, but they are in high demand and subject to availability. Please call to check before submitting your repair.
How long will my repair take?
Turnaround time for all on-site repairs is 24 - 48 hours, subject to parts.
