TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Device Repair Service
“Device” refers to all types of Phones, Tablets, Desktops (PC & MAC), Laptops (Win or MAC)
Mobile Fone Care will not be responsible if the device has been physically damaged or has liquid ingress prior to handling.
Mobile Fone Care will repair your device as agreed upon when the device is dropped off. Unless your device is repaired under warranty, full payment of the amount invoiced is due upon the completion of repairs. Payment must be made before your device is returned to you. Unless otherwise specified, the amount invoiced includes charges for all parts and labour.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Fone Care is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the performance of any repair services.
Mobile Fone Care maximum liability for any and all damage shall not in any event exceed the payments received by Mobile Fone Care for services provided pursuant to these terms and conditions.
If your device is in a condition that restricts us to investigate any existing problems, we are only responsible for providing you with the repairs you demand. Mobile Fone Care is not liable for any existing issue other than the repairs that were agreed upon.
Mobile Fone Care will only be responsible for the requested repair areas
2. Settings and Data
It is very important that customer should save any data to your personal computer / sim card.
Note: Please be aware that during the process of assessment, diagnosis and repair, it is possible that all of the user software settings and data will not be lost, however it is best to be saved off your device in the rare of event that it is lost
Mobile Fone Care accepts no responsibility for losses of data or settings.
3. Repaired Devices
Mobile Fone Care will notify customer to pick up the device by sending SMS, emails, or via calling customer once repair been completed or Cancelled by customer.
Customer should pick up the device within 60 days from the first notifications sent through SMS, email or phone call.
Mobile Fone Care will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any phone that has not been picked up within 60 days from the first notification of completion of repairs.
If you do not collect your device within 60 days, Mobile Fone Care will consider your device abandoned. In the event that Mobile Fone Care considers your device abandoned. Mobile Fone Care may, subject to any applicable provisions of law and dispose of your device in any manner.
4. Waterproof Function
For Devices that have a waterproof function, any repairs to that device will make the waterproof function not available any more.
5. Liquid Damage
Devices which are faulty due to liquid ingress will have NO WARRANTY on the specific component fixed/replaced or work done (i.e.; no warranty for the failure of any additional components at a later stage).
Furthermore, due to possible progressive corrosion, Mobile Fone Care accepts no responsibility for any further faults which occur during the time between the quotation and the commencement of repairs.
PLEASE NOTE that there is NO WARRANTY on a DEVICE which has been indicated liquid ingress again after the previous repair.
Mobile Fone Care Repair Warranty applies where the exact same fault occurs or the replaced component fails within 6 months of repair. Any physical damage to the device(s) occured after the device(s) have been picked up will not be warranted.
A 6 month warranty on parts & labor will apply to all repairs completed.
No warranty applies to parts & labor for repairs of liquid damaged devices.
Upon return of any devices, if the Mobile Fone Care repair warranty label is tampered in any way whatsoever, or if any other party attempts repairs on any devices, or if the devices has been physically or liquid damaged, the warranty is void.
7. No Warranty
Mobile Fone Care does not provide any warranty for the installation of any spare parts supplied by the customer.
Labor charges will apply for the un-installation of spare parts where the spare part installed was not supplied by Mobile Fone Care.
Labor charges may also apply for any cancellation or reversals of repairs after confirmation to proceed with repairs has been given.
8. Manufacturer Warranty
A manufacturer’s warranty will be voided once a device has been opened or repaired at Mobile Fone Care.
